When this guy got tired of potholes, he decided to fix them himself. He blocked off traffic and filled the holes with asphalt and carefully spread it out. Then he used a special machine to make sure the road was perfectly compact. And finally, he painted his logo on top to remind citizens exactly who they should be paying their taxes to.
